Lily and I’s love story is something straight out of a romance movie! I was a barista, and she was a customer, and the rest is history!

I (Meg) worked at a coffee shop for years. I was so infatuated by this one customer. If I was in the back room and she came in to the coffee shop, my coworkers would come to tell me she was there so I could take her order. Each day she would come and order the coffee shop’s special coffee- a large of it with a mocha swirl. It costed her almost $10. I thought she really loved this coffee, but revealed to me later that she’d take a few sips and throw it out, she really was coming in to see me!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When Lily was still just a customer, and I was a barista at the coffee shop, we were both too shy to do much flirting with each other. One day, I mustered up the courage and knew I had to say something to her to get her attention. She was wearing brand new Nike sneakers, so I said to her as coolly as possible: “Those are the whitest sneakers I’ve ever seen.” Real smooth! We both look back on that little, early interaction fondly!
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the money for one of two things: 1. a down payment on a house. We have dreamed of owning our own home, but prices these days have made it tricky for us to take this next step. 2. a vacation! Lily works 50+ hours a week, and I (Meg) am a teacher. We always talk about getting away to somewhere fun!
