Connect How did your love story begin?

We met on the dating app hinge Dec 2022. I opened up a fortune cookie Dec 24,2022 and it said “someone is interested in you keep your eyes open” and the next day he liked my profile. 2 days after that I followed back and the rest is history. Our first date was mid Jan 2023 to the rec room and I beat him in ax throwing. I knew leaving that date I was going to marry this man. I introduced my son who at the time was 2.5yrs old 4-6wks later and they are the best of friends.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Fav core memory I have is our first and only trip as a couple to Whistler BC in Oct 2024 that I won off an instagram giveaway. Money was and still is tight as we bought our new house and moved summer 2024 and with our jobs it’s hard to get time together. So this was a trip that would have never happened if we didn’t win the prize. We had several nights stay at the fairmont Whistler, a photoshoot included and a dinner. All we had to pay for was flights and remaining food. It was great to get away

What would you do with $20,000?

We would put this money towards our wedding expenses as we are getting married this oct 2025 and are paying for this almost completely ourselves. This would help rebuild our savings account and set us up again for the future.
