I was working as a lifeguard at my college pool, he came up and asked me for my instagram and then we went for a walk after my shift and had so much in common and just were infatuated with each other. He only went to the pool one time in his semester abroad and i happened to be working when he came. After we made eye contact he came up to me and told me i was beautiful and was so kind. We connected over him being here from Germany and me being German as well and i’ve always wanted to move there.

We went on a road trip to Santa Barbara the day before he left for Germany. I don’t typically like nature or driving but it was the best experience of my life. We stayed in a small motel and just bonded and talked and had the most amazing day of my life. I’ve never felt more loved by anyone. In the hotel there was a huge spider that i was terrified of and he so easily got rid of it and made me feel so safe. It sounds like a small thing but its the little things that made me fall in love with him

I would go see him in Germany and bring our dog so we can live together again. I also would use some of the money to go to Serbia with him so I can meet his family there and take my parents too so they can meet his family. I would want to bring my family to Germany as well because they love and miss him and my dads family is out there so it would be so meaningful for him to be surprised with a trip to visit everyone. I miss my fiancé so much and love him more than anything in the world.
