We were 18 and 19, both working the closing shift at a restaurant. Finals week was days away, and we both had plans for an all-nighter study sesh. We decided to study together, chugged some energy drinks, and had a laughter filled night while deliriously trying to stay on track. From that night we were inseparable, spending every day together until he went home for holiday break. We just celebrated 3 years of marriage and 12 total years together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We bought a short school bus and spent our spare time gutting, cleaning, and building a schoolie fit for us. Once we finished the project, we took a road trip with our dogs to see the national parks in Utah. It was a beautiful experience that we still reminisce about.
What would you do with $20,000?We’ve not had the opportunity to afford a honeymoon yet, so we’d like to use a small amount for a whimsical weekend away. We’d use the rest to help us begin our journey in building a family.
