We’ve been together for 14 years—since 2011! We met through mutual friends from work. I was a hairstylist, and he worked at Red Lobster. His friend was dating my close salon friend, who’s no longer with us. One day they came in for a haircut, he saw me and asked, “Who’s the redhead?” We started texting, went on a double date—and we’ve been inseparable ever since!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is the day our son was born—our real-life superhero. We got engaged at Comic-Con, had a comic book wedding, and now we’re raising our own little sidekick.
What would you do with $20,000?We got engaged at Comic-Con and had a comic book–themed wedding! If we win the $20K, we’d take our son on the ultimate nerdy family adventure—maybe to Comic-Con or a superhero theme park. We want to make epic memories together and pass on the geeky love that brought us here in the first place.
