In a screen printing shop where I spotted Jackie drinking a 40 ounce of Heineken out of a brown paper bag! I was a Freshman at SCAD on the Lacrosse team and I was invited to a screen printing shop by the upperclassman to see their business. At the same time, Jackie (who was a Senior), was also at the shop working on a project for class. When I walked into the shop, Jackie was the first person I saw and from that moment, I knew she was the only one for me!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We've had so many but our wedding was by far the best. We were young, broke, and living in the moment. Jackie and me were able to pull off our wedding with a $7,500.00 budget and it is one of the most talked about memories we have shared between ourselves and our friend group. We made all of the decorations, decorated the whole venue ourselves, made front page newspapers for every guest (it was a prohibition theme so this was fitting), and we were married by Jackie's brother (in a Pope costume)!
What would you do with $20,000?Our 10-year anniversary is this year and we want to take our kids to Portugal where Jackie's mom is from. Since we run our own business, it is really hard to get away and our money is invested in the company. Winning the $20,000.00 would allow us the freedom to make this trip happen and create unforgettable memories with our little ones!
