We just get each other. Even through the mess, the love stays real — and that’s what makes us work.
We would like to thank you for supporting The Bakers in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met on Facebook Dating, and from the very beginning, we’ve been inseparable. It started with a message, turned into hours of talking, and before we knew it, we couldn’t go a day without each other. It felt easy, natural, and real — like we’d known each other forever. What began online quickly became something meaningful in real life, and ever since, we’ve been building a connection that just keeps growing stronger.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? My favorite memory is one of the simplest, just the two of us, laughing about something random, no distractions, just being in the moment. It reminds us how safe and happy we are with each other. That feeling of being completely yourself and still fully loved is something I’ll never forget. It wasn’t a fancy date or a big event — just us, being us. And that’s what makes it so special.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d put a chunk toward a down payment on a home — something cozy and ours, just so we can start the next chapter. I’d use the rest to pay off debt, set up an emergency fund, and maybe take a short trip together to make even more memories before fully settling in. It’s not just about spending; it’s about building a future with stability, peace, and love at the center.
