We met at a rock concert that he wasn’t even supposed to be at. He was invited last minute to a Meet and Greet with Halestorm earlier that day. Lizzy Hale made sure he had tickets to the show. I was there with a group and ran into my Uncle who met Shane at the M&G. We ran into Shane and it seemed like the guys had known each other for years. I fit right up under Shane’s arm, we exchanged numbers, 3 days later was our first date and now 15 years later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There has been so much good, bad and sad in the 15 years we’ve been together. We got married 3 years ago and finally took our Honeymoon in February of this year. We went to Panama for 2 weeks. This was both our first stamps in our passports, my first time out of the country. It’s a beautiful place and we had the best time with a couple more firsts during the trip. We had a chance to reconnect which we didn’t know we needed. It changed our lives in so many ways. We’re closer now more than ever.
What would you do with $20,000?He said he’d buy me a car. I say quite the chunk of $$ towards a house. Honestly though we’d probably end up taking the kids and grandkids on a Disney Cruise.
