Connect How did your love story begin?

We both swiped right in June 2021, but between busy schedules and family commitments, it took nearly three months to meet in person. In the meantime, we bonded over texts, calls, and enough FaceTime to confirm neither of us was being catfished. When we finally met that September afternoon, we laughed, cried, and talked until the restaurant closed. We've been inseparable ever since—December 15th, 2023 we got engaged and May 23, 2025, we were married.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Fall of 2023, we shared an unforgettable and romantic hot air balloon ride over the breathtaking landscapes of Arizona. As the sun began to rise we floated peacefully above the desert, taking in the stillness, beauty, and magic of the moment. Although it wasn’t a private ride, it felt like it was just the two of us in the sky as our love (and the balloon) took us to new heights. Once we landed, we toasted with wine and enjoyed small bites, savoring every part of an unforgettable morning.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would divide the money into three unequal portions. First, we’d allocate a portion to savings, because as a married couple, it’s important for us to be financially responsible and we hope to buy a home with 2 much needed full bathrooms. Another portion would go toward paying down student loan debt. Lastly, we’d use the remaining amount to take a special romantic trip to Disney World during the Christmas holiday season. Oh and buy more treats for our two dogs, Wesley and Willow!
