We actually met twice. First, about 2 years ago, Terence and his brother Patrick threw a Halloween party. I had known Patrick for over 3 years and stopped by the party for a little while. At the party, we met and quickly fell into a deep conversation about books, games, and food. Terence made a note to get mycontact information but she left before he had the chance. A year a half later, we connected on Hinge but didn't recognize each other until we were already on the date ordering drinks.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Terence sailed to Hawaii, and I decided to meet him out there. Not knowing when he would arrive, I rented a camper van to explore the island. Once he got there, we spent 3 weeks driving around, reading, writing, surfing and hiking. We developed a lot of van friendly recipes. We had little money and no idea what we were doing but deeply enjoyed it. Thats when I (Abby) really fell in love.
What would you do with $20,000?I got into a graduate program in NYC, and we would use the money to fund my education and our move across the country together!
