Diego and I met at a college bar almost 4 years ago. He’s the nicest person I’ve ever met, and we continue to grow as people together.

We both ended up at our college bar unexpectedly. The cover charge for the bar was $5/person. The friend I was with at the time had exactly $10 in cash in their car (including change) to get us in. While we were there, I met Diego as he was hanging out with some mutual friends of ours. Later that night, from across the bar, he signaled a phone to me. I got the hint and gave him my phone number. Best decision I’ve ever made.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Diego recently proposed on a family vacation in Kauai. It was so unexpected and he planned it so well for me to be able to have my whole family there with me. Something I’ll never forget.
What would you do with $20,000?Diego writes plays as his passion project. With the money, we’d love to be able to produce one of his plays and involve the local community in the production!
