We’ve known one another for over 20 years. We are best friends and love being with one another. We’re grateful for one another.

I was 15 and he was 17 when we met. I knew immediately he was the love of my life. We stayed friends instead, years and years went by with him in active addiction and me raising babies. We finally reconnected 4 years ago, he was sober, we got engaged within two months and married the next. I didn’t think it was possible to love another person as much as I loved him, but it grows every single day.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our one year wedding anniversary where we got to have a ceremony with our children present. Standing up and hearing the vows we wrote for one another in front of family and friends was a magical experience.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put it towards a forever home for us. We live paycheck to paycheck and make it by but it would be nice for more stability.
