We met on a friend’s trip in Utah years ago, but the timing wasn’t right. A couple years later, we reconnected on a trip in Michigan—Tammy made the first move, and Vikas sealed it with a coffee date before she flew back to Salt Lake and he to Chicago. We’ve talked every day since and we kept things long distance—until recently, when Tammy took the leap and moved to Michigan to start our next chapter together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories was when Vikas visited Utah during Christmas. We went to Luminaria at Thanksgiving Point—a magical light show with glowing displays, a gingerbread house, and a fun scavenger hunt. We wandered through fields of lights, soaking in the holiday spirit, and ended the night with curry pizza and cozy conversations. It was one of those nights that just felt perfect.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we’d put it toward saving for a house. Building a home together is something we’ve dreamed about, and this would help us take a big step toward making that a reality. It’s not just about owning a place—it’s about creating a space that’s truly ours, where we can grow, host friends and family, and build our future together.
