He worked at the nursing home where my dad was living. I saw him smile and heard him laugh and felt instant electricity! I just KNEW he was the one! My sister also worked there so of course I had to ask her about him! While having Thanksgiving diner with my dad, my sister brought him in to meet me… and my parents AND my 3 children! We had an instant connection and also the approval from the family. We have been together ever since, almost 10 years and still so in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is the day we met. The fact that my dad was what led to us to finding one another makes it extra special. All of the events and circumstances that had to align for that moment to take place just makes us appreciate it so much more. My dad passed away sadly early in our relationship and I’m so thankful he was part of our love story.
What would you do with $20,000?Fernando and I have always wanted to go to Disney World since we were little. Both coming from big families we never got to go as children. If we won $20,000 we would get to experience that life long dream TOGETHER and with the kids, which would make it extra special. We would then also do some updates to our home that we have not been able to work in to our budget.
