We first connected when Donyelle was a professional dancer working for 90’s R&B artist Shanice Wilson who is Tahir’s first cousin. Tahir had collaborated on the project she was promoting. During that time Shanice tried to play cupid and we both declined. Even though Tahir later told Donyelle during an event they had performed at his inner voice told him “His wife is on the stage”. After Donyelle stop working for Shanice they connected at a party. Hung out once and have been inseparable since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?As Donyelle made her way down the aisle, our close friend broke into a soulful rendition of “She’s Your Queen to Be” — yes the classic from the movie, Coming to America. The guests burst into laughter, instantly setting the tone for a joyful, unforgettable moment
What would you do with $20,000?Donyelle’s health has been extremely unpredictable and declining. Tahir has had to become her full time caretaker. The $20,000 would go towards medical and living expenses. This money would be a blessing to help pad the stress of staying afloat. The photoshoot would be amazing as one way to celebrate 20 years together in May of 2026.
