We met working at Blockbuster! I immediately was interested in him and made several (8 to be exact) attempts at asking him to hang out. Each time he said no or that he was busy, and eventually I gave up. One night, we were putting away movies, and he came over and asked me if I wanted to go a movie sometime. I was shocked but so excited! With all of our time at work together, he started to like me too. We went out on that date and from there became inseparable. Our connection was so natural.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We had been dating (not officially a couple yet) for about 2 weeks. We were hanging out at a co-worker’s house and tossing a stuffed animal back and forth at each other, playing around. We started trying to get it from each other and ended up holding hands for the first time. It was so natural and magical. We didn’t ever want to let go. We still celebrate our hand holding anniversary to this day.
What would you do with $20,000?We would split it between investing in our small business, saving toward building our future tiny house, and helping our son pay for college.
