We met at work. Ricky was a server at a new steakhouse in Houston and I had just come on as the director of service. He was heading to Chicago over his birthday weekend, where I’m from, asked for some suggestions on what to do and where to eat and we started texting and flirting. A couple months after that we shared our feelings and 6 years later, after some peaks and valleys, here we are. Started as work colleagues, became friends and our life and love blossomed from there.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have had some pretty fun adventures! Our first trip together was a roadtrip from Houston to Chicago for a family wedding with a stop in Memphis overnight to explore the city. So much good food and interesting people and a lot of family time shared, Ricky meeting my big Mexican Italian Chicago family for the time!
What would you do with $20,000?Take a vacation!! Being in the hospitality industry, we work crazy hours and get very little time off. Would love to get our families in one city to meet somewhere in there, too!
