Connect How did your love story begin?

We met in massage school while both trying to get our lives together — or at least rub our way to a better future. He somehow kept magically ending up next to me in class (pretty sure he was bribing people with snacks or charm). During hands-on sessions, he’d pull partner swaps like a pro just to end up with me. He made me laugh from day one, and we quickly became best friends… with benefits of the emotional (and eventually romantic) kind.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

After 19 years together, narrowing it down to just one favorite memory feels impossible — we’ve had way too many unforgettable (and a few slightly chaotic) moments. From our very first international trip to saving every penny for our dream destination — Antarctica (because who doesn’t want to vacation with penguins?) — each adventure has brought us closer. The best part? We’re not done yet. Our favorite memories might still be ahead… preferably somewhere with great food and a cold beer in hand.

What would you do with $20,000?

Our big dream? Wrangle all the kids and their spouses for one epic family trip abroad — like a reality show, but with less drama (hopefully) and more snacks. We want to make unforgettable memories with them while we can still keep up, carry our own luggage, and remember where we put our passports!
