My mom always said I had a preschool crush on a boy named Garrett—she even marked a heart by his name in a class photo and brought it up as I grew up. Years later, I met a Garrett in high school. One day, hanging out and driving past our old preschool, we realized we both went there. I rushed home to find the photo—and he confirmed he was that same boy! Seven years later, he proposed in front of that preschool. My first and last love!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Driving our empty van back home that we had just bought to renovate into a tiny home on wheels—and then building it out together with zero experience.
What would you do with $20,000?We would fulfill our dream of traveling to Japan, pay off debt, and buy some land to build our forever home.
