Our love story began as two newly divorcee’s. We were both married for 20 years same amount of children same ages. My best friend and her then boyfriend (his cousin) said hey I want you to meet somebody. I was like no, it’s a hot girl summer. Our first date includes drinks and good food with our friends. Followed by me driving his BMW ALPINA and hitting a pothole. He was stuck in Charleston for over a week while he had to wait for custom tires to be delivered. $2000 bill later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite couple memory is when he had to be rushed to the hospital. He ended up in icu for almost a week. I missed several family events because I was not leaving his side. He never prioritized his health and after that stay we committed to be the healthiest version of ourselves for ourself. We have lost over 150 lbs collectively and it’s wonderful to be healthy and loved properly.
What would you do with $20,000?We would take our combined 6 kids to Italy and give them an experience of a lifetime. We have tried to plan something for them that would combine our families and create memories
