In college I (Sophie) would play pickup basketball with boys, and my now husband (Jadon) was the only one who would selflessly pass me the ball. Our chemistry was off the chain. We ended up going dancing a together a few nights later and it felt like a movie. We stayed out all night and created a handshake. It was easy, it was light, it was romantic and it was playful. To this day being playful together and having romance is still something we try to be intentional about.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory was 5 years ago one night in the middle of a huge snowstorm and blizzard, Jadon woke me up at 1am to drive out to the lake where we both just laid in the snow and watched it rage above us. We sat in utter silence lying next to each other. It was breathtaking. It felt like in that moment our souls intertwined as we appreciated and beheld the raging beauty of nature. Most of our fondest memories involves us taking on the storms of life together and having wild adventure.
What would you do with $20,000?We would probably buy a mini van. Currently we have four kids in our home. Two were unexpected last minute additions. Our family grew twice in size overnight and we all currently cram into a car that barely fits everyone and it’s on the brink of burning out.
