We met during a 9 day long distance motorcycle competition. It was my first big competition aaaand I made a lot of mistakes. Through mutual friends John learned of my struggles and contacted the “rookie” in support. He won first place and I successfully finished winning the award for most points denied. Sharing such a rare and unique passion is indescribable and truly supporting each others independent dreams while strengthening our bond and trust in each other is nothing less than magical!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There was the time he detoured to Alaska from Colorado to Seattle to escort me home, or the time he showed up surprising me during a mandatory gravel mountain switchback road to help me pick up my bike when I dropped it. My favorite was how he showed up on day 11 of a 12,000 mile 11 day competition when I was struggling to make it to the finish line. Following me the last 600ish miles, talking/helping me stay awake, and sat back enjoying my praise crossing the finish line attaining a life goal
What would you do with $20,000?We are getting married October 4th!!! This award would definitely help with that cost!!!
