We took a matchmaker in junior year of High School that resulted in being each other’s match (I still have mine!). He took me on my first date, and I asked him to Sadie Hawkins. We remained friends from there and reconnected romantically at 23. We realized that spark had never gone away. We dated for 6 years and were married April of this year at Red Butte Garden. It was the most wonderful day and we are excited to get our pictures back!!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many beautiful memories throughout our time together. Top favorites are: getting engaged in Scotland at the Glenfinnian Monument, then having fresh scallops by the Atlantic sea and taking a steam train back to the city. Our tour group, and many residents of the country, showered us with love and congratulations. The other would have to be our wedding day, the most beautiful heart shaped cloud appeared over our heads as we shared vows. We firmly believe it was our heavenly guests <3
What would you do with $20,000?We are still stuck in an apartment, neither of us have had the opportunity to own a home and it makes planning the future challenging. With this money, we could put a solid down payment on a home and finally begin to plant roots.
