We’re college sweethearts. We met during our very first year, and I knew she was the one. I met her with her bright pink hair at the time and could tell there was a gentle soul under it. After a few failed dates with others, we circled back to each other that December, nearing the end of our first semester, we shared our first kiss, and we’ve been together ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The first time Bella visited me was in my hometown of NYC, where we spent March 2022 together. I wasn’t out to my parents yet, but we had the apartment to ourselves, and we spent the weekend with me showing her all the places, hometown, and friends that made me me, in Bella’s words, “that made you the person that I love!” It was our first time together outside our small Connecticut campus bubble, and it solidified our relationship and love.
What would you do with $20,000?We would start our lives together and finally be able to move in together after graduating. Right now, we are about an hour and a half from each other, so it’s been hard going from practically spending every day together in college to “medium” distance. This money would jumpstart our futures together as well as help ease some of our student loans.
