Shane was DJing an event in Orlando at Disney and Stephen was there attending. When Shane was done, he went walking around and caught a glimpse of Stephen. The next day they ended up being at the same hotel pool, although Shane was too nervous to say hello. When he turned around, Stephen was gone. But, thankfully for technology, Stephen found Shane on a dating app that evening and they connected. Shane had many gigs on the east coast and Stephen would visit him. The love all began there!

This is hard because we have made so many together, but one of our best memories is when we went to Costa Rica. We started at the Arenal Volcano in the hot springs and then we toured down the west coast. We did zip-lining and all kinds of fun stuff. It was in Jaco, Costa Rica, on a private terrace on top of a beautiful mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean at sunset, that Stephen asked Shane to be his forever. Of course Shane said yes and the rest is history. Their love for traveling continues.

Honestly, we would give a little bit to charity first, because that is who we are as people. We like to give to others first before we take for ourselves. There are so many people who are less fortunate than we are, and we want to be sure that we put them before us. Then, we would do something special with our mothers who just went through cancer treatments. If there is anything left over from that, we would use it to go on the honeymoon we never were able to take.
