Our story began at work at JC Penney in the mall. I was working as a part-time floater, and he worked full time in men’s suits. We would eat lunch together in the break room or go out into the food court. We never considered it as dating because we were at work. One day, after several months, he said, “why don’t I have your phone number?”I said “because you never asked for it.” The rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is taking family vacations to Greenville, SC. We make it a routine to continue visiting frequently. We like returning to our favorite spots and checking out any new places that have popped up in between visits.
What would you do with $20,000?We would do a full kitchen/dining renovation in our house. The kitchen is our gathering spot for entertaining. Each year, we host our adult kids for Thanksgiving and we would like to surprise everyone with a fresh new look!
