We met on a reggae-ish singles page called "Single and Uglie." We lived 1600 miles apart and took our time to get to know each other. His friend helped me set up a surprise for his 40th birthday to get to meet him in person. It was an absolute success and solidified the connection we were both feeling.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Him bringing me home. When we decided it was time to move closer, he flew up north to drive me down to New Orleans. We made a road trip out of it and got to see some beautiful views and take time to enjoy the trip. We've continued to turn every trip, even if just a small day trip, into an absolute adventure and make the most out of every moment.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put a down payment on a property for us to build our dream home on. We both have kids and even a granddaughter that we'd love to create a homebase for. We want there to be enough room for everyone to get together and bring back the tradition of family reunions. We also want space for our family to continue to grow.
