He mentioned a birthday trip to NYC… and by Tuesday, I booked a flight to meet this stranger. My friends thought he could be a murderer. Turns out, he was just the love of my life. We’ve been inseparable ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Watching Sebastian graduate after 2.5 grueling years in PA school… that was huge. But nothing tops our engagement in Colombia. He proposed on an island in Baru. I blacked out from joy. Suddenly I had a ring on my finger and the clearest sense I’d found home in a person. That moment, and our intimate wedding at City Hall, are forever etched in my heart.
What would you do with $20,000?This prize could change everything. We’re saving to buy our first home while paying off med school. $20K would be a massive boost toward that dream. It might also help us get a car since Sebastian works 12 hour ER shifts and his commute is brutal. This would give us room to breathe, plan for the future, and finally have a little ease in our everyday.
