We met at a nerd summer camp my Junior year of high school. We had both just gotten out of relationships and weren’t looking for anything. It was one of those “you least expect it” relationships that had formed between us. When we first met, we clicked instantly. We became friends through the entire 5 weeks at camp, met outside of camp, and he asked me to be his girlfriend a week or so later. I’ve never felt so comfortable around another individual before. I had finally found my soulmate.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are a lot of memories to choose from, but one of my favorites is when I adopted my first dog. He was a service dog in training and flunked for allergies. Since I had been training him, I was able to adopt him. Connor was a saint. He would help me with Clove, even if it was late nights or super early mornings. Clove became his dog as well. His dedication to making sure me and Clove were happy and taken care of was a testament to how amazing of a father he would be in the future.
What would you do with $20,000?We would contribute most of it to our schooling. We have one more year in undergrad and around 3 years each in graduate school. With the remaining, we would travel together and put some funds into an apartment together, since we have been long distance for almost 4 years.
