Joann and I met in the 5th grade. We are both 43 years old now and have gone through some tough times. We never stopped caring for one another and actually became best friends because of the way we related and communicated with one another. Now we are in a full blown relationship and we are in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I threw a birthday party for my 11th birthday and Joann came. No one really attended my party. It was a dud, but she came and we still had a great time. She told me she had to beg her mother to come to my party, because her parents were kind of strict, but she came and we got real close from that day on.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest this money to better our lives. I am the caretaker for my sister that suffers from paranoia schizophrenia and Joann and I are raising her son who is autistic and we all stay in a home that was passed down from my mother who passed recently and is in need of repairs. It’s so important to us to keep this home in our family. This money would be a blessing to us to fulfill my mother’s legacy and the future of our family.
