Connect How did your love story begin?

After school I moved back to my hometown where my mom told me she ran into Sean working at the bank. Having had a crush on him since I was a child I would go in to cash my checks from work hoping to run into him. We began hanging out, as friends and bonded over our love of scary movies and spicy food. Never thinking he would think of me romantically until I was watching his band one night and on stage he yelled out “I love Chelsey!” The crowd was loud but I heard it, I knew we were in love

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Hard to pick a favorite. I bought Sean tickets to Wrestlemania in NOLA since he has been a lifetime fan. He had arranged a gondola ride in city park the day we arrived. He pulled out a sock that contained an engagement ring. He said “I no longer want to be your boyfriend, I want to be your husband”we immediately called both of our families to share the news and spent the weekend celebrating in our favorite city. We just returned for our wedding anniversary to relive the magic of that trip.

What would you do with $20,000?

Since our families have known each other over 30 years they are very close. They have been so supportive of our relationship and helped give us the wedding of our dreams. They still talk about it everyday. We would love to give back to them with a special trip or celebration to thank them for all their love and support. Couldn’t think of a better way to spend the money then on our amazing families. And if there is anything left, update our front yard for our dog daughter Zsa Zsa to enjoy!
