Connect How did your love story begin?

Hinge. No lies here. That is how we met. Our first date was 8 hours long, we ate pizza and talked about every detail in our life. Trust was immediately there, we were not scared to talk about the ugly side of us. It was a moment out of a movie, the next day call turned to everyday. It was very obvious that our efforts to stay single were not going to last very long. We spent most days together, switched between apt. on weekends. In a generation of hook-ups, we were definately outliers.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I think our favorite memory has been our friends and family getting to know each other. That sounds nerve-racking, but it was evident we were meant for each other. No one had ever seen us this happy or calm in our life. We were so used chaotic people in our lives, that for the first time it was so peaceful. The people in our life saw it and they understood this one is different. Being able to showcase the best in each other and work on each other reflects on our partner.

What would you do with $20,000?

We are both really goal driven individuals. On my side I hope to become an attorney one day and he hopes to get his CPA and Masters in Accounting. The $20,000 would go to our prep materials, entry exam and partially provide for our tuition to further our education. We are blessed to be first-gen college graduates. and continuing our education together would be a privilege. I know many will say why don't you travel but I think we are committed to reach our goals, and doing it together.
