Robert was displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He'd lost everything he owned in New Orleans, but the Dillard's company he was working for thankfully transferred him to their Baton Rouge store, where i was the assistant manager. After we met, he asked what would it take to date me, but I told him that I didn't date my associates... He resigned the very next day. And our love story began.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Going to the beach together for the very first time, Robert had never been. We married four months after we met & honeymooned in Destin, Florida.
What would you do with $20,000?Now that we're older, disabled and unable to work, Robert and I would travel & see places we've only dreamed of visiting.
