We love life, the Lord and family. Married last Oct at age 70, proving that life can start over at any age.

My husband was married to my best friend of 62 years. She passed away three years ago, and we were both devastated. We were living six hours apart, and we started talking about our loss at first, about our lives. As time went on, we got closer and closer and realized we were falling in love. We knew that neither of us needed to spend the rest of our lives alone, and we got married in October in the mountains of Virginia. To live happily ever after.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is probably our honeymoon. We rented a tiny cabin out in the woods with a beautiful mountain in the backdrop, it was fall, and the leaves had changed, and it was absolutely beautiful. We visited wineries, took a train ride, and enjoyed starting our life out together
What would you do with $20,000?we have talked about taking our families, blended, on vacation together. We have a total of six children and 12 grandchildren along with spouses. We have not all been together in one place yet. Probably a beach vacation because we all love the beach! Maybe all inclusive on an island somewhere
