We met through mutual friends in the local music scene—Ryan was in a band, and Sarah’s friends were in another. After hearing about each other for a while, we finally met up and ended up talking for hours in Sarah’s car, bonding over the fact that we were both adopted. We became best friends, but the timing wasn’t right, until it finally was. One night, Sarah stayed over at Ryan’s place…and never left. Now, over a decade later, we’re married!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory as a couple is our wedding day. We got married in a garden surrounded by friends, family, music, and handmade touches that deeply reflected who we are. From the personal vows to the scavenger hunt we created for our guests, every detail felt like us. It was joyful, meaningful, and unforgettable, the best possible start to our next chapter together.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were given $20,000, we’d put it toward buying our first home. After 12 years of apartment living, we’re ready to plant roots and create a space that’s truly ours. We’ve built a life together filled with love, music, and memories—now we dream of a home where that life can grow. This would be the next big step in our journey, and we’d be so grateful for the chance to finally make it happen.
