How did your love story begin?

Our love story began with the dating app, bumble. Which is how a lot of love stories begin nowadays, but ours is just a little bit more magical, in my opinion. We both lived over an hour apart from each other. My dating pool algorithm was mainly south (even farther from Ryan) and his eligible dating diameter was very small and limited to his area. How we matched on bumble is beyond us. The only explanation is that it was meant to bee. Our first date was at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Ryan took me to New York City to see Hamilton for my 30th Birthday in 2024. Little did I know, he had much bigger plans! He took me to Bow bridge in Central park, hired a photographer in NYC to distract me while he got on his knee and pull out the ring. Not only that, he hired a photographer from our hometown to hide in the bushes and capture the whole thing. We then had a full photo session in Central Park, food cart hopped in time square and saw Hamilton the next day!

What would you do with $20,000?

We are getting married May 30, 2026. We would use the money to pay for the wedding and honeymoon. We would also use the money to continue to renovate our home and to pay for the fees needed for Ryan to legally adopt my son, Owen. Anything left would go to Owen's College fund.
