From chemo to 'I do’ we’ve faced cancer, loss, and life hand in hand. Our love lights up rooms because it was forged in the fire.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met four years ago, and from the moment we started talking, it felt different, we were head over heels. Just three months in, life threw us a curveball when I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer at age 35. I gave him a chance to walk away, but he stayed. He didn’t just love me, he showed up for me, every single day. From that early test, we built something strong, lasting, and rare. What started as a spark quickly became the love of a lifetime.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Shaving our heads was a big one! I know that sounds crazy but that was the first time we said “I love you” it just so happened to be my 36th birthday and it was the best birthday I ever had.
What would you do with $20,000?We would definitely put a down payment on a house. He does HVAC and I am an ophthalmology assistant and we barely can afford to get ahead so that would be amazing.
