Rudy and I met on one of the worst days of my life. My dog had just passed, and the next day at school I dropped my phone. A stranger,Rudy, asked if it broke, and I just started crying. He didn’t know me, but he walked me to class and stayed by my side. That small act of kindness turned into three years of love, laughter, and my favorite person. ac
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of my favorite memories is when Rudy took me to Disney to see the drone light show after I had been going through a tough time. I have PTSD, and that day brought me real joy. In the middle of the show, Rudy started crying and told me how much he loved seeing me smile and how he wished I had more days where I looked that happy. It was one of the most beautiful, genuine moments we’ve shared.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d use the $20,000 to help pay for my nursing degree and Rudy’s physician assistant program. We both want to work in pediatric critical care and give back to families in need. A portion would also go to The Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative, where we both volunteer, to help fund health screenings for women in underserved communities. It would help us grow while helping others too.
