We met at church where young love simmered the summer of 1977 and envisioned ourselves together forever. However, our college route took us on different paths to our future destiny. There were several chance meetings that led to a reigniting of sparks January 2020. Our full-circle “kismet” blossomed into a well cultivated garden of love once again. Entangled in conversations via FaceTime, we loved watching sports to playing Wii sports. With a love of trivia we bonded over Jeopardy & Family Feud.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our most precious memory are memorable moments from our ‘Worth The Wait’ wedding & reception. With Ron flashing a sexy wink as I sashayed down the aisle while trying to hold it together. Then I read my original poem ‘I Do Choose You’ penned just for my groom. Our vows and tying the 3 Braided Cord, symbolized our love, that cannot be easily broken. Finally, entering the venue to Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love” with the money launchers showering us like confetti is forever etched in our hearts & souls.
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to explore the City of Love ~ Paris, France with its many enchanting places: Louvre Museum, Pantheon Monument, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Wall of Love (including a photo shoot) and of course no trip would be complete without visiting the iconic Eiffel Tower. There is so much to fill our time; we are looking forward to traveling to this romantic destination with its array of museums, gardens, cafes and to take our own dynamic duo photograph at the Moulin Rouge.
