Connect How did your love story begin?

We met 10 months after I separated from my ex-wife, and despite a 27-year age difference, our connection was instant and real. We've now been together for 11 wonderful years, growing stronger through love, trust, and shared dreams. Our greatest joy is our 5-year-old son, who has brought even more love and purpose into our lives. We’re proof that true love isn’t bound by age or timing—it’s about connection, commitment, and building a life together through every season.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories from when we first started out was driving our old 1992 Camaro. It would overheat and vapor lock in the heat. One summer day, it died on the interstate, so we pulled over under an overpass. We sat there for an hour, just talking and watching the cars rush by. No phones, no distractions—just the two of us, laughing and connecting. That quiet moment, under a noisy highway, reminded us how special simple time together can be.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we were to receive a $20,000 windfall, the first thing we’d do is pay off our debts to relieve financial stress and create peace of mind. Being debt-free would give us room to breathe, save for our son's future, and maybe enjoy a small treat as a family. It wouldn’t just be about the money—it would be about investing in our stability, happiness, and the future we’re building together. Every dollar would be a step toward freedom and lasting security.
