We met in 1990 through a mutual friend (we were both 15). She fell in love immediately; he was the cool, tough guy, acting like it was no big deal, but inside, he knew this was special. We dated for about 1.5 yrs then went our separate ways. In 2012, he found her online and reconnected as friends (both were married to other people). In 2018, we met in person (he was divorced, she was divorcing ). It was like a thousand lifetimes had passed, and yet, it was as if time had stood still.

Spent the day at a park with a skating rink and a zoo. Skated (and fell), climbed the jungle gym, got on the swings, and the teeter totter. Walked around the zoo enjoying the animals, ate ice cream and chips, feeding the squirrels, and just enjoyed the day as he says "like we were supposed to do when we were kids." We felt (and still feel) grateful for a second chance.

Buy land to build our retirement home where we can bring our families together for vacations, birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion to make as many memories as possible. We want to leave a legacy of the simple (sometimes complicated) and most important thing in life - FAMILY.
