“Ugh.. internet?” The same way most relationships begin in the 21st century. We met online one night, realized we were living right down the street from each other and have spent almost every day of our lives together since. He was my best friend long before any deeper relationship was made. Ten years later and he’s still my best friend, but I now just get to be in charge of washing his stinky socks for the rest of my days. Ah, the life.

Richard and I decided almost a decade ago that we were going to make a real go at making a living, so we both applied at our local casino to become card dealers together. We’ve since moved several hours from home to live in the big city and sling cards for our foreseeable future! We continue pushing each other to greater places both in our lives and in our careers.

Richard and I are in our early 30s and still renting an apartment. We’ve been married for several years now, we’ve been together even longer. As card dealers, we’ve wanted to travel and work around the country for a while. We DESPERATELY need a place of our own to do this. Whether it be a home or an RV to live out of for a while. This would be the financial push we’d need that would allow us that freedom!
