I was in college in Nashville, Tennessee and I met a fellow freshman. One day while checking our mail, he had 6 letters in his box, 5 of them from the same person. I thought it would be nice to have someone to write to, so next time she called him, I was able to talk to her. She called me the next night and we talked for 5 hours. Over the next 2 weeks we ran up a phone bill of over $1200. I drove from Nashville to Pennsylvania, moved her to Tennessee and we got married 4 weeks later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?For my 50th birthday, my family paid for us to go on a cruise to Alaska. It was gorgeous and we enjoyed every minute.
What would you do with $20,000?The first thing we would do is give to the church. God has blessed us beyond measure. After that, invest.
