We started as coworkers friends. He knew I was the one. We shared same ideas of marriage, child rearing despite our 9 year age difference.

We meet by chance at the ambulance station . He was a EMT/firefighter. I was taking EMT class and starting nursing school. I graduated in 75, EMT in 76, LPN 77, engaged 78, married in 79 first child 80. Second child 84, back to school, RN 86, 3rd child 87, married 46 years and 4 grandchildren. I went back to school online received BS in Public health. We support each other in whatever endeavor the person wants to pursue. We are now retired and both volunteer at Hope Resources (food pantry plus)
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Besides the usual, wedding, children’s birth, first home. I would say our vacations and adventures. Our bucket list is getting knocked off. Visit all 50 states 14 to go, zip lining done, Hot Air ballon ride done.
What would you do with $20,000?Finish our bucket list and revisit a few states. A Europe vacation maybe?
