We met at church, and as we grew closer to Christ, we grew closer to each other. Our relationship was built on faith, love, and support from our families and community. With every prayer, conversation, and shared moment, our bond strengthened. Together, we’ve grown into a couple rooted in trust, respect, and a deep love for God and each other. Our story is proof of what can happen when love is guided by faith. My girlfriend met her man through the same journey and they are happily married at 19.

Our favorite memory is camping in Colorado with his family—celebrating the 4th of July in a little town, sitting by the fireplace in the mountains and making lifelong memories. Then we both decided that we wanted to get baptized on the same day. My grandfather who is now a retired youth pastor baptized both of us on August 4th which truly unlocked the door to a new beginning for the both of us to start living for the Lord.

We would use the money to pay for a rental home and finally move in together in Utah. I’m in AZ, he’s in UT, and this would help cover moving costs and bills. I’m graduating this year with a 4.4 GPA and want to be a dentist, and he’s heading to the Marines. This would change everything for us. Because for me, home right now is not safe anymore for me. And I trust in God that He has great plans for my future.
