Connect How did your love story begin?

we met 10 years ago in jr.high when both of our families entered a homeless shelter for parents with children. All the kids became close & we’d play games like hide ‘n’ seek in the dark to pass the time. Firm believers in everything happens for a reason because we never would’ve met otherwise. We both had a crush on each other back then & we were each others’ first kiss, but our relationship didn’t start until 4 years later when we reconnected & hit it off again. Now 6 years later & going strong

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

For our 3 years anniversary we drove from Minnesota to Florida to see the ocean for rays first time. We swam in the waves for hours and we got to feed flamingos! This was our first big trip together. To all the firsts we’ve experienced together and all the firsts still yet to come! We’re grateful to do it all together.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’re apartment hunting right now and trying to move out of our studio apartment into something more spacious for both of us so it would definitely be put towards our new home! We’re also sharing a car due to more car troubles so we could also possibly use it to get a vehicle!
