3/16/99 After years of heartache and pain, I was no longer interested in love! You know that's always what happens right?! Working a night job just for extra money and boredom, worked at a Country Bar in town, New Paltz NY called Cadillac Ranch. My Dad's country band was playing there and my Mom was teaching country line dancing. He asked me to dance. Quoting from my journal ; "I never felt so much with just dancing with someone, I even had my eyes closed, oh and so did he!"

Oh my husband loves to tell this story! I told him I needed space after seeing each other a month. He went to a wedding with a friend of his that was suddenly single. I kept "paging" him he wouldn't call me. The last thing he said was I might stay overnight at the hotel with her. I raced there and found his truck in lot. I flicked my cigarette next to his drivers side door, so he knew I was there. He did spend the night, and knew I was there he saw my Misty cigg with pink lipstick on it.

Honestly, this is corny, but when my Mom suddenly passed 2 years ago, we promised we would make this house our home forever. We will pay some bills, some of my son's college loans, donate to a charity & into this beautiful paradise we call home. This is all we do, it has helped us grieve over both of them Mema & Pop Pop, we have a small family and love to entertain our friends that are family and have them over often. We don't travel very often, we just made this home our vacation forever.
