Rachael fell in love with Enia before she even knew she was gay. She prayed to God for a partner, and Enia was her answered prayer.

Rachael met Enia at church. Rachael has a chronic illness, T1D, and was dealing with lots of medical issues. She prayed to God for a partner to help her through it. As their friendship grew, Enia offered to take her to doctors' appointments and learned about her illness. The friendship turned romantic, and the rest is history! Although they got kicked out of church, they found a new one and didn't let that stop them from sharing their love with the world.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory was adopting our first dog, Teddy. Teddy was a senior rescue dog with medical issues and bad eyes (just like Rachael). We instantly fell in love with him, and he made us mommies. Rachael and Teddy both went to ophthalmologists together (thanks Enia for driving us!) and had eye surgeries in the same year. He has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but we remember him every day, and we are still mommies to two beautiful pups, Annie & Binks!
What would you do with $20,000?We would throw a big gay wedding! We have been together 6 years and would love to have a wedding, but are currently prioritizing housing and helping Enia's parents. With $20,000, we would be able to throw the little gay wedding of our dreams and start building our tiny home!
