We spent 4 out of 6 years apart, while I was in the military. It was difficult, but easy. Now I live and work for her and our family!
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met my junior year and her senior year. By the end of our first year dating Covid had started and I left for the military. We spent 4 years apart, but being committed to what we had, we made it work. The first night we met I asked her if she was willing to wait, and with hesitation, she said yes. From that day on I vowed to stay by her side.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Whenever I left the army and came home for good! It was a difficult transition. I went back to trade school, and barely had a dollar to my name. That first year, I made the absolute most out of it, and even spent my last bit of money on a ring for my now wife. It was far from easy, but I wouldn't trade that time of our life for anything!
What would you do with $20,000?It would be an amazing amount to put down on a house of our own! We have been looking for our forever home around where we live now! It would be a start for us, and we could finally have a safe place to start our own family!
