We met while working on cruise ships—I hosted shows, and Ben was a rigging tech. We knew of each other, but during a wine tour in Tuscany, we finally connected. We had a blast and spent the next few months hanging out when we could. Then he transferred ships without a goodbye. Months later, I started a new contract—and there he was, starting his too. We spent the next four months inseparable.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of my favorite memories of us—before kids!—was a date day in Nassau when we went to Atlantis. We hit every ride at the water park, tackled the wild river, laughed nonstop, drank, ate, and just had the best time. That day made it clear: no matter what, we’d always know how to have fun together.
What would you do with $20,000?Once we finally replace the awful brown shag carpet upstairs and get a new shower—since our bedroom’s never had a proper update—we’d love to take the kids on a cruise to another country. We want them to catch the travel bug and experience new cultures together.
